Another academic year is coming to an end. All the students are preparing for public exams and other competitive exams. At this point, let’s think about how to face the exam more effectively. The most important thing is never to face exams under pressure. A little anxiety helps to take the exam seriously to some extent. But excessive anxiety can also affect the exam negatively. Therefore, students should have an attitude when facing the exam that it is part of a sincere effort to increase their knowledge rather than focusing on the result of the exam. This will support students in developing the positive mindset needed to approach exams.

Comparisons with others should be completely avoided. Whether it is done by the parents or by the students themselves, it should be completely avoided especially during the preparations of exam. Students should be careful not to take such comments into value. We need to realize that everyone has their own place and mission in this world. So there is no pint in imitating others.

A regular routine is essential for all students. Sleep, food and exercise are also as important as study. It should be done within a time bound. Doing so will make learning more effective. It is also important to drink plenty of water. That is 1 litre per 25 kg weight i.e., a person weighing 50 kg needs to drink 2 litres of water daily.

It is a fact that the more you revise your topics, the better your memory will be. However, the amount of learning speed varies from person to person. A lot of revision of previous years question papers will help you a lot during the exam to cover the whole syllabus many times. Similarly, if you prepare short notes while studying, you can revise quickly at the last minute. Similarly, maths and problem solving subjects should be studied by practicing more and more questions. Also, taking less time for favourite subjects first and more time for difficult subjects will help in balanced study and progress.

So let these upcoming tests play a decisive role in finding your purpose in life. Have a very wonderful and blessed exam season.
