Steps to Book Appointment for Tele-Video Medicine

- Please communicate your Name, Mobile Number, Email ID. (Existing patients please specify Hospital ID - MRN Number)
- Once confirmed with tele consultation, you will be getting an SMS with payment link or you can click here for payment link
- Click "Pay Now" and in the page that appears, enter your billing details and click "Proceed to pay now" button
- Once the payment is confirmed, our executive will get in touch with you for scheduling the appointment
- Your Tele-Video Medicine appointment link will be sent to your registered mail ID
- You'll get a reminder call from our executive before the scheduled meeting
- Join the meeting & complete the consultation
- Any medicines prescribed/test advised will be handled through our SUT Homecare services( 25 km)
