SUT Institute of Paramedical Sciences
A Centre of Excellence in Paramedical Education Located within the esteemed SUT Hospital, Pattom - Kerala's first corporate super-specialty hospital - the SUT Institute of Paramedical Sciences (SIPS) was established on 6th January 2022 with a vision to empower healthcare through skilled paramedical professionals. Affiliated with Bharat Sevak Samaj (BSS), SIPS has successfully completed three years of excellence in paramedical education.
Courses Offered
SIPS offers a range of diploma and certificate programs tailored to develop competent healthcare technicians:
- DMLT – Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Diploma in X-Ray Technician
- Diploma in CSSD Technician
- FPCA – First Aid & Patient Care Assistant
- Diploma in Operation Theatre Technician
- Diploma in ECG Technician
- BMET – Biomedical Equipment Technician
- Diploma in Dialysis Technology (DT)
Course Structure
- Duration: 1-year intensive training in the respective departments
- Final Examination: Conducted by Bharat Sevak Samaj (BSS)
- Internal assessments and monthly performance reviews are conducted to ensure continuous progress and discipline
- Internal examinations are held prior to the final council exams
