**Thiruvananthapuram:** As part of World Environment Day 2025, SUT Hospital Pattom continued its commitment to environmental preservation through the **‘Sugathavana’** project, launched in 2024. This year maintenance of the green space was carried out and new saplings were planted to add to the ‘Sugathanakshatra Udyanam’. The event was inaugurated by the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of SUT Hospital Col. Rajeev Mannali, who planted a sapling to mark the occasion. Medical Superintendent Dr. Rajasekharan Nair, Chief Liaison Officer Radhakrishnan Nair and other members of the staff also planted saplings to mark the occasion. The initiative reflects the hospital’s dedication to environmental conservation and community wellbeing, aligning with the vision of the Sugathakumari Navathi Celebration Committee to create greener public spaces across Kerala for the wellbeing of the community.
