World Blood Donor Day 2025

**Thiruvananthapuram:** A blood donation camp was organized by Pattom SUT Hospital on the occasion of **World Blood Donor Day**. The programme was inaugurated by Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the hospital, Colonel Rajeev Mannali. He said that the number of volunteers who attended the camp is an indication that the new generation has a deeper understanding on the importance of blood donation and is setting a good example for the society. Several volunteers including students and ambulance drivers donated blood. Medical Superintendent of the hospital Dr. Rajasekharan Nair V, Blood Bank Incharge B. Radhakrishnan and managers of various departments were present on the occasion.
