Checks & tips: BMI/BP corner, quick diet recalls, and take-home plans for diabetes and heart health.
Engagement: recipe tasting, myth-vs-fact quiz, and a “eat the rainbow” pledge wall.
The aim was simple—show how balanced choices can fit real life, not just theory.
